Having a good soldering iron sure helps. I have tried a lot of
low-priced soldering irons.
I did this job (ACC re-solder) in the past. The soldering is easy. The
disassembly a little more challenging. One caution: be gentle with the old
plastic as it gets brittle wit age and these parts are 20-40 years old.
