Good points, Curly. I had forgotten about the cool down thing - I’ll have to get into the habit of doing that. It’s been a good 15 years since I’ve driven a diesel, so a lot of those habits have been forgotten. The last 5-6 miles of my drive is 35 mph or slower, so I get a bit of a cool down

Dan, like others said you don't need the DP after that drive. (I don't use the stuff at all anymore. If the injectors are bad enough I just rebuild them!) But since you need to change the filters, use it to fill the spin on before you install it. It'll save you a bunch of cranking or the mess of
