Should be do-able, probably the usual engine swap stuff - engine mounts or tranny mount might need to be moved or re-done. I'd think the worst be to have to lengthen the drive shaft due to balancing. Fuel and electric lines/wires are usually not too much of an issue, same for the exhaust. Go for it
