Mobil1 ATF is what's in there now. Shouldn't need to be flushed though, the

Hydraulic fluid for the rear suspension is not the proper fluid for power

d the windshield and on the
front of the A-pillar, as I'd imagine the side trim just pops off the clips.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was recently trying to take the dash out of a W115 at the pull a part to
replace the one in my 240D, but after taking off the bottom support rods, I
couldn't figure out how to get to whatever is holding it behind the dash.
The center console was previously removed. Any tips?

Chris,
Have you come across anything for a W114/W115 yet, other than the grille
frame?

When my previous statement referred specifically to bolt diameter, I figured
it was inferred that "size" in my subsequent statement referred to bolt
diameter as well. Thanks for the clarification.

The bolt pattern is still 5X112mm; however, the size of the lug bolt is
larger diameter on the W140. The W123, W124, W126 and W210 all share the
same bolt size.
In addition, the offset is something to worry about too, as John said.

Probably because short of an act of God, potential buyers are not allowed to
enter Kiawah Island. Same thing with my girlfriends place across the way on
Seabrook Island. No pass? No entry.
