My 603 is the 124 so ymmv, but it was pretty straight forward. Remove radiator, fan and 10 or so bolts on the pump. Got mine from Rusty. The gasket was a bit tricky (arent they all) so I just applied a very thin coating of rvt on it to get it to stick to the wp. When its all bolted up and you

I have always used permatex blue (silicone) to tack the gaskets for WPs, and never had a problem. I know others use the permatex red with no problems. Permatex blue is hard to find now. It seems that they are pushing the red. I believe what Peter is referring to is the old brown
