I use to put the injector in a clean plastic water bottle and life the float
and watch it spray. Not with the engine running of course. Careful, you
are dealing with raw fuel, and with a CIS it's under a LOT of pressure!!

How about a used fuel distributer? What car is this for? You could get
a couple to play with - perhaps ending up with one that works. I think
I read in the manual somewhere that the fuel distributer is a
replacement only part.
If I can not get a rebuild kit for the CIS unit I guess I could

I don't think you can get a kit as the pin is matched to the bore, and it's
a real percision fit. I looked for one a few years back for my 911 and I
was told Bosch will wait for a number or cores before they rebuild, so even
if you fork out the money, you may have to wait. All the problem was in
