I would say that about 2/3-3/4 of the homes built in the last 20 years have in
ground concrete pools with the associated screened “cage” covering it. Lack of
a pool here isn’t a dealbreaker, but it can affect the attraction of the house
for certain buyers.

The 430 makes the 320 seem like a 240D. The 430 will get about the same mileage
