You need to add a bypass binding with the tropos ip+tropos mac in the
same binding, and uncheck the pool address in hotspot profile.

I think you can't qos the pptp because you don't know what is in the

Hi, the hotspot will make a second NAT.. to make it transparent you
need to add the users as the mac and without password. Why you need
this? What you need to do?

Josh, you can run a hotspot without dhcp. You could use static IPs or
UNiversal address translator with only a pool of ips and using the
preconfigured ip address of the computer. The MT will translate the ips.
The configuration requested is strange. Why you neet to do this?

If you use eoip for the links... You'll get only 20mb half duplex in
tcp.
If the link is routed use wds without ip and ospf. If the link is
transparent bonding with wds withoit ip too.

Hi,
I have problems with RB1000 and webproxy, because I/O in the compact flash

I have 60 users max, and the CPU goes 100% in about 30 minutes with 20
users..
Thanks,

Dear Raúl,
It could be problem of the CF. I think Kingston and other are not fully
compatible.
RouterOS uses more or less 1 interface with 1 processor. I read this in the
forum few months ago.

Hi,
From wikipedia:
All DHCP packets travel as UDP datagrams; all client-sent packets have source
port 68 and destination port 67; all server-sent packets have source port 67
and destination port 68
