I think the best way to get action in this is to email 1) UP Records and 2) Ebay. If you tell Ebay that someone is selling a unofficial cd-r, they will attempt to verify it through the label. If it can be verified, they will take it down and try to stop further abuse of the same type. So in

I've always wondered about the reasoning behind atheism. It seems that the claim "God definitely does not exist" is very similar to the mind set of one who says "God definitely does exist". And, all else being equal, it seems a lot easier to pick the latter option given societal pressures.
