Here today, gone tomorrow. Once people wake up and realize that hype, for
all intents and purposes, is just that - hype. Like when MI:2 came out this
summer, it was the top movie in the box office. Why? Hype. But will
anyone buy that piece of shit when it comes out to DVD? Only inbreds.
and if it does, it will of course be made available to your beloved mm list
buds, no?

Wow, thanks bro, I will take you up on that offer. I was wondering if you'd
gotten a chance to check out Shaq's teammate Kobe's album, which came out
earlier this year? If you give the head's up, I'll bypass the new Limp
Bizkit and pick up Kobe instead.
Sorry, though, I need to hang onto Sh
Yeah, Napster is a gift from the gods, unless you're in Metallica or have a
slow internet connection. While I'm fortunate enough not to be in the
studios recording Unforgiven V, I have a 56K modem and three roommates
sharing one phone line, so Napster isn't alwasy an option I have. Lately,
Vaguely. I'm pretty sure I understand what "fact" is, in theory. As for
"opinion"it's a relatively new concept, so rumors continue to circulate
as the top minds in our country debate the significance and orgins of this
intangible idea tentatively labeled "opinion".

Okay, I know probably a million of you mofos are gonna jump down my throat
for saying this, but what is so great about ATDI? I don't get it at all.
Yes, they are a lot of fun live, but every time I pick up one of their
albums, I'm inevitably disappointed. Case in point, last night after wor
I bought Grandaddy's newest album "Sophtware Slump" a couple of months ago
after seeing them live at This Ain't No Picnic. Some of the songs are okay,
in a "we want to sound like Radiohead's OK Computer" kind of way. The first
track is amazing though. You make the call.

I'm a bit sleepy right now, so I'll have to think about the others a little
later in the afternoon, but I know for sure that the "I'll crack your

I know this topic is a couple weeks old and you've all since moved onto the
more fascinating favorite words bit, but did someone perhaps mention
"Greatest American Hero" during the whole old TV show homage e-mail rampage?
I can't remember but if not it should have beenwhat a great
show.
Hmm, an actor for president...does anyone recall last year when Warren Beaty
was considering running for public office? I think he'd be perfect. Rent
Bullworth again, he's got some interesting views on politics, he wrote and
produced that film as well as acted in it...

Ease up. It doesn't really matter what Amy thinksthe girl's still got
four more years to vote. Give her some time to figure out this whole
political system we call democracy (which is a joke in itself)I have a
feeling from the nonsensical jibberish she's been sending that politics is
I too vehemently disagree with your Moon and Antarctica comment, but then I
read the rest of your e-mail and understand completely. You like Rush.
That explains everything. Can there be a more overrated band in rock
history than Rush? Geddy Lee?!! And people accuse Isaac Brock of having a
Yes, Steppenwolf is another super good book by Hesse, kind of depressing in

If you like Ayn Rand, you might want to check out Anthem...I think it was
her first novel, at any rate it's her shortest at only 100 pages or so. I'm
not really a fan of hers, her views are too right wing for me, but it was a
good read. Other books? Hmm, I just finished "Stranger" by Ca
Yeah, I know of one instrumental band you should check out, Tristeza, they
