Hi.
I've installed SSLeay 0.9.0b and Apache 1.3.4, and of course, mod_ssl.
It works fine for the site certificate, but when I try to give a personal
certificate, the browser tells me that the certificate is not valid to
certify e-mail messages! I have created my own CA, and in the browser, I

I'm running mod_ssl 2.4.1 with apache 1.3.9.
The server starts fine and servers pages on the secure port for a while.

When i try to connect to the server i get er

Hi
Does anyone have a clue why ie6 and apache 1.3.19 with mod_ssl 2.8.4

The server has the usual settings - namely:

Actually what really seemed to solve it was removing +eNull from
SSLCipherSuite.
However, if I remember correctly that has something to do with
compability against ie running on mac. I tried two different macs to
test it and one of them worked and the other didn't and they were as far

IE is somewhat more peculiar in what it accepts. It makes more fuss about
the certification path and wether it can be followed. Going to both sites
