Your post reminded me of a recent eBay purchase indicating the current sorry
state of the hobby.
I recently bought a 1 sheet for "The Miracle Worker" for $9.99. This is sad on
many levels.
This is a true classic film in which both Ann Bancroft and Patty Duke won
oscars. And the poster sells f
Hi MOPO,
How about a poster question!
Any advice on mailing a 40x60? I'm planning to get a 48" long piece of 6"
circumference PVC pipe and cutting "end caps" from cardboard and taping the hell
out of the package with strapping tape.

Evan,
"The Miracle Worker" is one of my favorite posters. I had it linenbacked
and it hangs in a very nice frame (via Sue Heim) in my living room. I
agree. Sad that it can go for so little at auction. But I give it a good
look each day and I'm proud to be an owner of this piece. A great and

If only. James Bulger was nearly 3 when Robert Thompson and Jon Venables
murdered him, and he was only a "playmate" in the most horrible sense of the
word. One of these kids is now a father himself. What's the one thing these two
had in common? No, not Child's Play 3. A crappy homelife and crappy p

To all Mopo members:
I am certainly not a Mormon and I am definitely somebody who would be
considered by most on the left wing of most issues, but I deeply dislike it when
people go outside the bounds of our shared hobby to attack other peoples'
religious and political beliefs.

Hey Danny,
I was waiting for part 2. My first experience with the

I am sorry to hear that Tony Franciosa has passed away. I always
thought he was a memorable actor who added to whatever he was in. He
was good in movies and on TV. I especially liked him in Career, and

I use to love that show "Name of the Game". I remember all my Mom's friends
thought he was so good looking and I never got it. I thought Rock Hudson was
good looking and Anthony Franciosa didn't look anything like Rock. But I did
think he was cool! I thought he was a pretty decent character

The ongoing thread of the Utah megaplex reneging a contract showing of

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Anthony Franciosa, whose strong

First, we're getting way off-topic for this list, but I do want to answer
