I contacted Ebay and registered my displeasure and that of most of
MoPoers regarding a Sellers' inability to leave feedback with their
new rules. I also mentioned how the concept of 'retaliatory
feedback' would often give a peevish buyer, newbie or otherwise,

want sellers who they perceive cannot perform to the required standards.
