I had a junco hit my office window today. It was laying outside on its side quivering with its eyes closed. I had read on the list serve to hold them and keep them warm. I did this for about 15 minutes. At one point it opened its eyes and lifted its head so I thought it hadn't broken its neck.

Harassing crows drew my attention to a snowy owl perched on top of a building in Roseville, Ramsey County. This was on my way to work at about 6:20 am. The owl was perched on the top of a clock tower on a large apartment building called "Rosedale Tower", just south of Hwy 36 between Fairview and Sn
