I noticed something on the wiki about the FULL button on the remote. I see the
wiki has the same question that I do. What are the FULL and UNKNOWN buttons for
the new remote?

I used to record in the MythTV default of 480x480, so I can confirm that.
I now use 352 x 480 and 352 x 240, which seem to work fine.
