Good call on the nvidia drivers. I tried both 7167 and 7174 with no luck.
Downgrading to 6629 solved everything. Now just have to clear up a couple

of problems. First when I press the B with the PIP going it will switch
the input to the PIP window. I can change the channel to any single
digit channel (like 2 or 3 or 8) but multi digit channels won't go

i too gave up on the epia. i went a different route using hauppauge
mediamvp and a low end server in the closet. it has limited mythtv
functionality, but it is enough for me.

how you intend to use your system. Performance may not be an issue
but data reliability could be.
