techs who can't or don't want to make it to Orlando... Orlando is usually a
much more expensive trip for me, so I don't go.
I have decided to go LED, and will be purchasing said light from Hand and Nail

Ok friends I'd like to know who else has an LED...
I have tested the following:
ECO - will not cure in LED, Elaine already told me so but I wanted to see
what happened.
SHELLAC - will cure, looks great. Not sure what Holly will say...
GELISH - will cure, of course...very nice.
AXXIUM -
Thanks Becky! Great information. What light do you have?

This is really interesting. I was under the impression that there was no
standardized LED lamp and that each brand would require it's own. For the
brands that cured well, was there any heat spike? I assume not with Gelish
since it's formulated to be both LED and UV curable, but what about the
So sorry, I forgot some tidbits...
Ok, I did feel warmth on Top it Off and Mani Q, but no spike of intense
pain, just a gentle warming and then it went away very quickly. The fingers
have placement areas that must be used...the fingers must be under the
lights and flat. This is why you have to do

Axxium was fine, so was Shellac. Neither are formulated for LED.
I'm telling you, LED will be the wave of the future..
I know what you mean. That's why I was curious about what lamp was used.

I'm not that fast either. It would help with a repair and you wouldn't need two
lamps. It would save me time on the last coat. Thanks for the info Becky.

do you know that if you use the light elegance lights and you plug them
into an outlet (not an ext. cord) that you may well be able to cure your gel
polish in less time.
first try a layer on a for and cure it for certain amounts of time and see
