Stand Out is one of the most popular for my clients. I think it would be like
Kennebunk port. It has been a long time since I have seen that color. A darker
red right? I don't know if I still have that color but I will look and see for
you.

Looking at someone's description I found online, "Stand Out" might work,
too... have you worked with that one, and happen to know if it would be
comparable to the Kennebunk port or High Maintenance? I guess I could buy
two bottles, but I don't really wanna spend $30 to rarely use something :D

hey I LOVE to use coupons and I would return if I liked someone or their

I think with Groupon you can decide how many you want to sell. There are
also local ones you can try.
Not sure I would want to do a full set for $10. I know it gets someone in
your chair, but usually coupon shoppers will not return to you. They look
for a deal and never return. Just know this from

Hi, all...
I have a client who wears the same red at every appointment (Kennebunk Port
from OPI. She brings it with her, because I don't carry OPI, and she's
pretty much the only person I use polish on anyway :D) She ALWAYS smudges
at least one nail before she leaves (never expects me to fix it
The owner of the salon that I work at tried to get us on groupon and they

If you are using Eco Air Dry "Semi Permanent soak off gel sealer" the
crackle will work. It has to have a chemical reaction to another
nitrocellulose based product. So Rhonda is 100% correct. You need to
cleanse away all sticky final layers...and apply a coat of clear topcoat

I agree - this is the only way I would ever consider doing a group deal like
Groupon.

I believe the other issue with Groupon would be the volume. I know of a gym
here that did Groupon, they sold a !,000 of them. I met a hairdresser who sold
400. Those kind of numbers would seriously displace existing clients. It's a
great concept, but definitely not for me.a sole propriet
You are not combining them technically, it's like polishing on top of a
finished gel nail.
ALSO, many of us have been very successful mixing ManiQ and polish to make
custom SOG polishes. Our salon has been doing it for two years now. The
only issues we have is some colors fade.

There is also living social and daily deals and several others.

Combining polish and gel has always resulted in "service breakdown" for me. The
two just dont mix.

Yeah but for that 10 plus tip u get a new client in the chair. So sell
yourself and you may have a loyal client and you can always upsell your

I looked into groupon and they have to accept you first of all. Then say you
want to do a full set of punk and whites as your special, my charge is $70,
they want you to discount 1/2 off so you will be charging $35 for a full set
and then "groupon" takes 50% of that. So you make $17.50 less y

Yes,you can fade another color in. In order to get a good fade you need a color
that is opaque enough to cover the line of the black and then fade into it.
Don't use a sheer. Heavy glittery colors usually do the trick. I do lots of
color ac, but I generally do it like a french and change colors
