Actually this one is rather obvious... Just DON'T auto allocate. The installer is VERY confused because you are trying to install everything on a secondary hard drive. The boot loader wants to be on the primary, as does the /boot partition. You CAN do this, but Lilo (afaik grub doesn't do this
