No need for that. In the instructions for installing qmail you will find
that you should rename Sendmail, and create a symlink called sendmail
which points to qmail.

It's not possible. The qmail license requires distribution in source
code format only. No precompiled binaries are allowed. (Unless it
changed recently.)
