Find a file called wine.conf i think its on /etc/  edit it so that it ponts to the correct locations of your drive ie c:\path/to/your/windose/partition or floppy->/mnt/floppy ... its the file that tells wine where your drives are  you can also make a copy of that file and rename it to .winerc and p
