Don't know about an upgrade, but all you need is that script directory from
the isdn4k-utils.src.rpm, or more specific you'll need that makedev.sh

i experienced that my update to ver 7.1 deleted somehow my isdndevices.
isdn4linux faq tells me that theres a script called "makedev.sh" that
should create them.
