Hi all. I use Kmail for my mail program and mandrake 7.2. Ive been having
some strange problems where I have sent an email and it doesnt arrive until
several days later. The last incident I sent the mail on the 16th and he
recieved it on the 20th.
Any ideas whats happening?

Hi all. Im using KDE and I like Konqueror.
But I dont like the fact that whenever I save over a file it makes a back up.
(silly I know but im dealing with small text files and its a pain deleting
them all) Is there anyway to turn this feature off?

Hi all. Im having trouble with my printer. (again) Its now working but the
left margin is too small, cutting of the first letter of every line. CUPS
has no way to change this and the printer icon on the desktop (I am using lm
7.2) has a margin that appears to make no difference to the
U. I am starting to think that cups is pretty crummy.
I changed the printer driver to see if this would affect the page margins
(since I had no problems with the postscript driver before)
The printer is now simply spilling out blank pages, even though the job has

Ive come across a problem with kghostview PDF viewer. I can view the pdf from
a website but after I save it to my hard drive I cannot open it again.
It gives me the error kghostview can only open pdf ps or eps files.

Im looking for a program that will allow me to grab audio from a cassette
player and store it as a music file of some description. Windows has a prog
