set. The $$$ I was planning on using was coming from the sale of my

turns out to be a pinched fuel line, though it luckily hasn't happened to me

I had a similar experience, but my visor was up to get some more air. The bee
ended up inside the helmet by my temple and stung me so many times right in
front of my ear.

I am... I am constantly afraid of something like this happening. Depending
on the species and type of flying stinger, I can actually pass out in as
little as 5 minutes after being stung. I don't have trouble breathing or
anything like that, I just pass out. Equally as fatal if I'm doing 75,
though.
I'm not far away, I'm in Mount Airy. Though I'm heading to the beach this
weekend. We should ride sometime. I would verify spark and compression first.
After those check out, then it has to be fuel. Check for pinched fuel line,
dirty petcock screen, etc.

While hunting with ATV's in November we got in the habit of ALWAYS
resetting the kill switch back to run. Sometimes a little moisture
gets in there and it'll move fine while your warm hand was close to
it over night it freezes solid and you can't turn your trike on.

It sounds to me like it could be an issue with the Main circuit in the
carbs... The Idle and Off-idle (transition aka accelerator pump if you have
one, but my 650 does not) will get the bike from idle to around 2K or

Yeah, sounds like you've covered air/fuel, the only other thing I could
think of was spark. Coils, wires, and plugs.
You mentioned that you cleaned the carbs, did you check that the correct
size jets were in them?
