OK, Got my CBR600RR mirrors (2XXX), and you see them held up with tape on the left behind the AirFlow screen I'm holding up. I'm going to move my base screen up to the next 2 screw holes on each side (about an inch higher freeing up the 2 lower holes) which will allow me to get a Sheet metal

By "standard automotive headlight" do you mean a crummy "sealed beam" style all in one headlight? Because if I recall correctly (been a while since I touched mine) the Nighthawk 650 has an H4 style lamp (with a motorcycle/wide base) and H4 style optics, which is the way good contemporary

Hey guys, im sure you are sick of my questions by now but I got the leaky carb situation fixed. Now my issue is i cant keep it running. I moved the high altitude screws since im up at 9600 ft. I cant start it with the choke on and since i moved the high altitude screws i can now give it gas.

I've tried it both ways, disconnecting the boots is definitely the harder way due to the inaccessibility of the allen bolts between the center cylinders. Graham's method with the spray lubricant and a pry bar works. In the absence of a pry bar straddling the bike and wiggling the carbs up and down

Sorry to hear your headlight got busted up. Before even considering swapping to a round light I would do as much research as possible. I wouldn't think the round would use the same fuel gauge, or gear indicator sender units. As for mods you have a list there. Most people seem to just clean them up
