Yes I did blow all the holes out with compressed air. The diaphragms are in great shape with no cracks or holes. Right now my pilot screws are at 2 5/8 turns out (as per manual). Should I go up to 3-4? And - is there a way to adjust them without taking he carbs off? Also, I took off the spark pl

One carb, you will not be able to adjust, # 3 in your case I think, the one that has the vacuum tube. So that is the one you synch the other three to, whatever it reads. Check spark by removing spark plug wire from # 1 plug and attaching any old spark plug you have.
