I am looking for the main center stand and original sissy bar.
Thanks.

I need a seat pan, prefer with the foam, to mess around with.

Hey Sean,
Any chance it's got a center stand? Can't bring myself to buy an OEM for
$150 and can't seem to find a used one anywhere else.
Thanks.

David,
Look on youtube for a video about repairing plastic stuff like this on a
motorcycle. It's fairly easy and I even tried it successfully enough on my
ST1100. If I have time I'll see if I can find the video. Having said that
my side panels are both missing the bottom post thing your talk

thanks for the suggestion Scott. Yup, any grease especially silcon grease
would work since the part is plastic.
Unfortunately it is after the fact. Looks like the pin/spike had already
been broken once and been glued. Did not take too much to undo.
If I cannot find something, then it is off to the
My recommendation is to use a little bearing grease inside the grommet hole. I
actually put my finger around the cover and help pry out the spike when
removing the cover. In cold weather the grommet will harden and cause more
friction when trying to take off the cover.

I can send a pic if that helps.
Something tells me I am going to have to drill out the old spike and
replace.
OEM parts list marks this as part of the side cover, not a separate
replaceable item.

So my description is correct color does not matter. These two spikes (
I only need one) go from the inside of the side covers and attach of the
grommet at the bike frame.
They are made of plastic with a grove to squeeze into the grommet.
Maybe an inch and
If it's black, I'd be interested in the front fender and rear cowl.

I purchased a used 2003 and happen to have broken one of the previous
owner's glued on side cover spikes. There are two on each side cover. And
they are not sold separate from the side cover.
They look like
mushroom spikes that attach to the grommet.

Sean,
I'd like to have the right and left handlebar pods, meaning the electrical
parts that have the start/kill switch and horn/directional switches. If not
possible to have both, then especially the right. I continue to have
problems with the headlight going out on my '96 750. Thanks, Glenn
