Hi all,
Have a NH 450, 1982
Anyone out there got a luggage rack that should fit an 82-85 that is laying
around unused that you want to dispose of?

Ok guys. Finally sold my 650. I have a KG engineering luggage rack available
for sale. The luggage rack and sissy bar has some rust, but not too bad. The
adjustable backrest has noticeably more rust but certainly functional.
$150 takes it including shipping in the US. Email me for pics.
Hi Chris,
I am also interested in a rear luggage rack for a 1984 nighthawk 450. Are
you still working on these or do you have any schematics/drawings I could
follow to make one myself?
Thanks,
NB

I agree with Graham, but seems like if you were between $100-$150.00 each,
there would be a significant interest.

I'm interested in attachments for placing hard cases off each side while still
leaving room for passengers on footpeg. I find many setups bump the turn
signals.
So, yes... Photos.

Ok, since no one stepped up, I found and bought one on Ebay today. When I get
it, a friend and I may copy and make some new ones. It is not cheap so if we
do so, is there any interest to purchase a luggage rack for the '84-'86 700S
from anyone here? Seemed to have been much interest before.
Hey Tommy, is this kind of a sideline for you? I'd love to see some of your
work! Got pics?

I bought a Hondaline luggage rack. It is not a sideline, yet, but my buddy has

I am a proud new owner of a 1984 700S and a long time owner of a near perfect
1985 650 Nighthawk. I need a luggage rack and engine guard to reverse
engineer. Preferably Hondaline. Can anyone help me? In appreciation, I will
give you a new one rack when we create them assuming all goes well.
I see a Paul in Simpsonville, SC. Am in Greer. Any chance you have a luggage
rack?

With the assistance of a member here, I was finally able to get a
luggage rack/sissy bar for my bike. Thanks a ton! I'm not a fan of
sissy bars, so I've taken it off for now. If I find a use for it,
I'll re-install.

Thanks to a member of this place, I finally found the 1 piece I've
been looking for all along. I got it in the mail today, and it was a

It's a sissy bar/luggage rack for a 82 750. What I received was

Not to worry I could design one with out a back rest but I would need you
to draw me up a cardboard side view of were the side mounting screws are at
and mail it to me. Hopefully I'll have both the pictures and the examples
on measurements by this weekend. Sorry for teh delay but work has been
Before I take any orders allow me to show you the pictures. Plus you have
to remember that the design is for a pre-existing back seat rest

could make them to fit any bike all I would need are images of you bike.

This has plenty of potential. Can't wait to see the photos. What if I
don't have a back rest?

Can you make one to fit on an ‘84 CB650SC Nighthawk? How much?

My mechanic has an abandoned 700s that has a rear rack and engine
guards. The engine is blown and the owner abandoned the bike. The
rack and engine guard are in rough condition - they have some rust and
will need to be painted or powder coated. However, I've never seen a
rack or engine guards
Which engine guards? The simple one bar guard or the more complex one that
wraps back around the engine? I picked up a set of the simple ones in a
pitted and rusty chrome condition for $40. I cleaned them up and primed and
painted them black and they look great. I've never seen the more complex

More often than not, try eBay or a local bike salvage place -
besides that - many members are manufacturing their own.
