Well, not really "your Bad", you are correct though. Negotiating speeds and transferring small bits of data at 1200 baud is much more efficient and less error prone. but seeing as the hardware for 2400 is way cheap, I guess they settled on that speed. 300 baud would be sufficient for ATM transmi

There are certain cases where BSD prevails over Linux, but in any case, whatever does the job for is fine. However,i've found in my own personal cases that BSD offers much more stability in a production enviroment. My personal choices for OSes are as follows... 1. Gentoo 2. FreeBSD 3. CentOS
