I'm not sure how it should be called, however, in APS' RevTeX it is

Hello,
what is the recommended way to get the following:
as is written in Ref.~4.
Using Ref.~\cite[four] gives "Ref. [4]" with the superfluous brackets.
(\cite[ref] should remain unmodified, ie with brackets, as this is
mostly used in texts [1-5,7].)
APS' revtex offers \onlinecite (Ref.~\onl

Hello,
I have an URL with spaces ("foo.cgi?opt=my options with spaces"). The
URL link is ok ("\goto[url(...)]"), but the typeset URL (\url[...])
misses all the spaces.
This is with 2006.03.23 09:57.
Any idea how to fix this?

Try the following (untested): Add the line
\defineunicodecommand 255 {\lookaheaduchar}
to unic-cjk.tex. (Maybe you need to regenerate the format file.)

Hmm, using
\WORD{Hell\odiaeresis\udiaeresis\ssharp}
it works, but if I replace the symbolic names by UTF-8 characters:
\WORD{Hö}
I get:
