when I try the internal address, everything works fine. the issue is trying (from inside the network --which may be the issue) the public ipaddress. the web interface lets me login but when I try to launch an app Citrix just gets stuck on trying to connect I may have to try it from the outsid

We use a program called covenanteyes.com They support this and it works very well. To uninstall you need an admin code, all admins can get reports on individual users. Its mostly designed for individual accountability to specific people, but we have found it works quite well for an organization.

I have one user who's Outlook keeps coming up with an error about "cannot open Outlook Window." I researched it last time it happened and found the solution is to start outlook with the "cleannavpane" switch. Apparently something is corrupting the Outlook nav window. Any idea what's going on? J
