I've seen this when hitting a download page for an OS specific update,
when I'm not on that OS. For instance, an update that only applies to

entry points, but, OSPF would be used over the private link to handle the

Looks like the link provided may be your best choice if the budget is right,
given the processor and memory. I’ve heard the Dell Duo is a bit sluggish,
although it seems to have the functionality that you want ( even though a dual
core Atom 550 and 2gb RAM, no match for an i5 and 4gb RAM ).
I have an older HP TouchSmart TX2Z that I like which has a multi-touch screen,
pen interface, and a regular keyboard.
