Anyone else think the MCP welcome kits got kinda cheap looking? When I first got my mcp, I got a pin, a nice certificate and it came in a secure box. Now when I received my mcse recently, the certificate changed and looks soo cheap. The seal of approval looks cheesy and it came in a flimsy car

Bandwidth management

What are people using to manage bandwidth? We want to up our bandwidth but put something in place to make sure the bandwidth is managed properly. We will be going VOIP soon and we currently have checkpoint firewalls. Also is this a good product? Any use it? http://www.netequalizer.com/nda.htm

Is anyone currently on windows 2008 domain? Any issues? Is it worth the upgrade? We are windows 2000 native and are planning to upgrade to windows 2003, but if might just pass windows 2003 and go for windows 2008. Any particular reasons why we should not? Any advice is appreciated. Best
