I've knocked there a while ago late at night.
A young girl (in her 20's) opened the door and looked surprised about
my complaint about her dog.
Her answer was that she can't get it to be quiet.
I suggested to her to take the dog inside her house.
The dog was silent then.
Again, I hear that dog ev
i think because i bare the full brunt of the yapping,probably being the
closest to it, i shall take it upon myself to investigate as
diplomatically as humanly possible.
i will thereafter volunteer feedback on this site and a decision whether
we have animal neglect on our hands, could then be made.
Is it a watch dog? Otherwise take this stuff to i love obs, it has
nothing to do with crime.

can offer an answer to Johhny's questions, and the post is

I live on the corner of Arnold and Gordon (At 18 Gordon), next door to

Shame, the poor dog, and the poor owners who were nice enough to save
the dog in the first place.
It's not easy to settle traumatised animals, but with time the dog
should feel more secure and settle down,as the owners see to be
looking after it just fine. We picked up our cat at the SP
