This morning I tested in liveDVD solaris 11.3 to see the audio support on the Laptop. There's a big difference. The sound is clear and heavy. Yet the drivers are the same. Maybe the sound management under Mate is less efficient. I did the same test on My desktop with the asus D1 sound card and

Okay, I just compiled opennx to get a client (which involved compiling nxssh as well) but it did work, and I've just connected to myself and it's still working ... wonders will never cease :) in which case I can probably just tar up the /usr/NX directory and get you to test it at your end? Jon

Totally agree! I looked at Xspice as an alternatief to ALP but you need a 10 Gbps network if people want to use youtube. The Sun Ray is really light-weight for simple multimedia and even works well over WAN connections. As for pulsaudio. Xspice also needs pulsaudio to be able to transfer
