At the time, I didn't realize that OM might fail on startup if it could not
authenticate onto the SIP server.
So what is going on? Is OM trying to authenticate an account on the SIP
server in order to boot?

You can always login as Administrator, also if the SIP is *not ready*
Then you goto Administration Configuration ... there is an sip_enable key,
and you put an 0 instead of 1 into the value.
For the exact values about Kamilio you need to get in touch with JNT, they
have all the infrastructure
