The feature html-composer doesn't seem to be in the gadget spec ( http://code.google.com/apis/gadgets/docs/spec.html#corejavascriptapi), nor in the opensocial spec. It's not in the Shindig server either, so I'm affraid you can't use it for now. Probably someone responsible for the specs should be
