I had the same problem initially with the opensocial object not being available but it seemed to 'fix itself'. After a while of usage this problem does not appear now with orkut. My problem beyond this, was in not getting anything back from the server when requesting viewer profile information. I

Yup, OpenSocial is undefined. Since I was using Firefox I had to check the ErrorConsole. But in IE a pop up appears with that error. This line in the example actually adds the necessay namespace 'opensocial' which somehow the page is not able to access. I don know if this is a javascript or som
