[opensuse] Panel pop-ups

I asked this before and was told that it only is possible on 10.3. So, i ditched SLED and installed 10.3 and now i would like to have "panel pop-ups". In other words, when you have something minimized on the panel/taskbar and you hover your mouse over it, a pop-up of that app shows. How do you do t
