[opensuse-factory] KDE wallet manager should start automatically?

While defining my email accounts in kmail, it said that KDE wallet manager is not available. Before RC1 (betaX) it would detect that I have checked the save password boxes and start automatically. Is this new intended behaviour or a new bug?
