Yes Apex supports ODL clustered deployments in any scenario labeled HA. The
limitation originally came from that ODL HA was very unstable and we couldn't
make it the default for an OPNFV release (Colorado). It now is passing our
tests in CI and looks pretty stable.

I don't see any issue here. Colorado 1.0 is set to use Beryllium, which is
already released. Even the scenarios that require Boron (FDS/SFC) do not
require ODL HA, and we already have Boron RC builds that work. ODL HA is known
to be buggy, so at least in Apex we don't enable it.

Well considering our SFC scenario won't work now, I think it is OK to use this
build temporarily until we have an official version. The first patch is
+1632,-2468 lines and another one is not rebased. I think reviews are going to
