deployment I would just need to reserve the 6 servers in LaaS and

I'm aware of the issue and even made a JIRA for it. It happens when multiple
verify jobs are run at the same time. Commenting 'recheck' on the patch should
trigger the job again and hopefully make it pass.

common mistake I keep seeing. The branch sha1 does not
need to change as that is the location of where the stable branch
started. Finding the current commit of stable/fraser can easily be done
by looking at the repo.
As a note, the other common mistake I keep seeing is people not using
the commit

will require a brief restart to Gerrit.

Yep. The trigger doesn't look for any specific format beyond there being a tag
created.
