Dear Meg, I second HO. And then there is a funny thing I have noticed
several times. Even if you have breakout spaces in the central
meeting room using room dividers so that everything is very flexible,
large groups will crowd closely together without using the
possibility of expanding their space

It's interesting how much easier it was last week to let participants sort
things out for themselves when they were all speaking Russian and I didn't
know what the questions were, let alone the answers! Relax and enjoy, I
think it will be great!

Sounds like a typical OS meeting to me!
We usually put the capacity of the room in a corner of the Post-it, circled.
So if someone takes a Post-it saying (12) and they can see they have 20
signatures, they can find a bigger room or arrange for more chairs
before getting to the room.
