Support with subqueues Phone-Support and Misc-Support. snom190 is a subqueue
of Phone-Support.

As far as I can see, this is identical to MyTickets, although I feel I'm
missing something here.
That´s a config option and if it activated, you can see all tickets from
your company.

anmelden und bekommt dann einen Benutzer in OTRS angelegt. Das wollen wir
