hi, we have the same problem here. as far as i know, this CC problem does only occur, when a ticket has been initially generated through an email that was fetched from the postmaster. when you create a ticket through the web interface you will not face this problem... even if you got a follow

Hi, I can't figure out why tickets won't print from the Customer front end. It's obviously some sort of permissions thing as the attached screenshot is what I get when I click print., but I just can't figure out what I'm not doing. The customer is a member of a group with read write access.
