we have the same problem here. as far as i know, this CC problem does only
occur, when a ticket has been initially generated through an email that was
fetched from the postmaster. when you create a ticket through the web interface
you will not face this problem... even if you got a follow

I'd file a bug report at http://bugs.otrs.org/ In the meantime you
could maybe use something like http://tinyurl.com/ to genereate short
redirecting URL's that don't wrap.

I can't figure out why tickets won't print from the Customer front end.
It's obviously some sort of permissions thing as the attached screenshot is
