Sure, just change the permissions on the ZZZAAuto file. (might want to take
a look at owner/group and write permissions.)

I installed the Turnkey Linux OTRS appliance.
It seemed to install OK.
Connecting to the admin dashboard was a pain because this system didn't
follow the documentation but I got around that.

I've browsed and looked up and read about getting OTRS to fetch mail every 2
or 5 minutes, but it seems that my version and build (OTRS::ITSM 3.0.3 on
Windows) does not use the crontab.txt file (it is empty and the cronw32.pl
and other files does not populate it)
