[otrs] OTRS as a lightweight CRM ?

The question of where the distinct border between CRM functionality and other OSS/BSS systems functionality is seems to be not so simple. What I mean, that CRM is some subset of functionality, described in TMForum's recent document GB929 R3 Vesion 3.2 TM Forum Applications Framework (TAM). The

Hello friends, just a small and maybe silly question. Suppose we got a ticket with an attachment. I want to split it in the way that I have 2 tickets both with that very same attachment in them. The best way is to have 2 tickets with a link to the single file inside both. How this can be done?

Dear Nils, thank you so much! Your answer was extremely helpful (or maybe I was too stupid, let's be honest). But just straight bumping max_connections up in my.cnf didn't help alot: now we are running with LA above 40.0 and the whole system is a bit slow. And even much worse it is, we are now
