Hi, there is a forwarding problem with Outlook 2010. This is a known bug. OTRS works on it (I have a ticket for OTRS AG) Which version do you use (I have OTRS 3.0.11 and ITSM 3.0.5) In Outlook Web Access displays our Attachements are correct. May be you have the same problem? Can you check the
