and since the image was uploaded using the form on Admin->Responses it has a
different FormID.

The richtext editors on the administration area don't have the image upload
option like the ticket reply/note/etc.

Hello there, i was having an issue where the To: header was empty on some
emails and the header that had the needed email was "Envelope-To":
This was causing the ticket to be created on the Raw queue instead of the

I'm also having the same problem, the script throws out an error in
Address.pm on line 69 and just stops there, even though I have a lot more
emails to receive.

Hey all, is it possible to don't display the ticket id on the e-mails
subject?
I've tried removing it but all replies will then open new tickets instead of
beeing associated with the original ticket.
Isn't it possible to define the ticket ID on a mail header or something?
