This happened to me when I merged ticket in Raw queue into another
ticket, the ticket was left open. I have set up Raw queue so tickets
in it can't be closed, which should explain why this happened.
Perhaps you have similar setup?

I don't see that button. Do I need to upgrade OTRS, install new module, or
just search in some specific way in order to see it?

I also can find all the notifications that created those tickets, can some
process could match the mail with created tickets and close them
automatically?
We are running ITSM 1.2.3 (otrs 2.3.4).

Matus UHLAR - fantomas,
pport fulltext searching.
Could anyone tell me if it's worth moving tables to InnoDB and which tables
should be moved, or, which should be left in MyISAM?
Thank you

I wonder if it wouldn't be better to add support for customers with no
e-mail addresses...

My question is, if you find reverse pro
isn't causing me a problem.

I'd recomment a e-mail address validation before such ticket would be
a
sword. Maybe a captcha can be used to avoid spam.

I would be careful about this - there's a chance to abuse such feature.

for accessing oracle DB, you need oracle
Which can look quite odd considering

Matus
ckets, OTRS sends Cc: to addresses
collected from the database, which results into mail sent to incorrect
addresses.
Is there any easy possibility to avoid this?
